
Customer Advisory Board
The EZ Ops Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is a strategic group of industry leaders and valued customers who provide insights and guidance to help shape Detechtion’s EZ Ops product roadmap, service offerings, and overall customer experience.
This includes all products in the Detechtion mobile oilfield management portfolio including EZ Ops, EZ Ops Fieldlink, Payload, Drift, EZ Logix, and Carrier. The CAB fosters collaboration between Detechtion leadership, EZ Ops product owners, and its customers to drive innovation and deliver enhanced value to our EZ Ops mobile oilfield management customers and the oilfield industry.
The mission of the EZ Ops CAB is to provide Detechtion with customer perspectives on industry trends, technology needs, and business challenges to ensure that our solutions align with market demands and customer expectations.

Tracy Gray is Executive Sponsor for the EZ Ops CAB, and is responsible for driving the strategy and development of Detechtion's mobility portfolio of applications which includes enhancing the user experience and creating further operational efficiencies for customer operations..

Emily Dippold
Highland Field Services
Emily has worked for Highland Field Services (HFS) since its creation by Seneca Resources in 2015. She holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management & Policy. Her current role includes accounting and regulatory responsibilities. Her group tracks everything related to HFS as well as anything associated with water for Seneca Resources. Prior to her current position, she was an environmental consultant for many years and worked at a landfill doing water treatment and regulatory work. When she’s not working, she’s usually at a sporting event for our 3 kids or traveling to somewhere warmer than Pennsylvania.

Kendell Esau
Tourmaline Oil Corp
Kendell is a Professional Engineer with 16+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry with expertise in production, facilities, well completions and field operations. More recently, he has been involved with facility emissions reduction projects with a focus on cost reductions and efficiency improvements. His current role at Tourmaline as the EZOps Coordinator involves bringing improvements and enhancements to EZOps for Tourmaline to better utilize the product and improve operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Rurik Tullio
Tourmaline Oil Corp
Rurik is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience spanning multiple industries with expertise in software development, IT operations, solution architecture, and team leadership. He currently leads the ITS Systems team at Tourmaline Oil, focusing on enabling business units to leverage technology and applications for efficient, scalable and secure operations across the organization.

Adam Lonseth
Strathcona Oil Corp
Adam is passionate about innovation and optimization, and how they drive success through value creation, safety, and integrity. Adam has worked in the oil marketing industry since 2012, beginning on the crude trading desk at Macquarie and progressing through roles at several producers. As Manager of Rail & Risk Management at Strathcona Resources, he oversees the marketing and logistics of Lloyd Thermal production via crude-by-rail (CBR), as well as operations at the newly acquired Hardisty Rail Terminal. Adam also leads Strathcona’s risk management program, managing all commodity hedging strategies for the company. In 2016, Adam was a key member of the original Serafina Energy team, where he played an instrumental role in developing and launching both the CBR program and the Hamlin rail facility—now integral assets of Strathcona Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Mount Royal University. Adam lives an active life in Calgary with his wife and two young children, the source of all his joy.

Dev Rathore
Axip Energy Service
Dev Rathore has over a decade of experience in the energy industry and currently serves as Manager of Fleet Performance & Optimization at Axip Energy Services. In this role, he specializes in improving gas compression operations at wellsites through data-driven strategies, identifying both tactical and strategic opportunities to enhance decision-making for maintenance and operations crews, and business managers. Dev also works closely with E&P majors to ensure their gas compression needs are effectively understood and addressed. Dev regularly uses Detechtion systems Enbase and Fieldlink as the computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and for condition monitoring. His prior experience includes the design of subsea production systems and technical consulting, including simulation for design development and root cause analysis. Dev holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering.

Filip Prcic
ARC Resources
Filip is a passionate, excellence-driven, and creative professional with over 20 years of experience in multinational organizations across North America and Europe. He specializes in Project Management, Change Management, Business Relationship Management, and Business and Systems Analysis. In the early part of his career, he worked at Toyota’s European National Office, representing six countries—an experience that taught him the true meaning of Kaizen (continuous improvement). This mindset has been a cornerstone of his approach ever since. Over the past 11 years, he has successfully applied these principles in various leadership and strategic roles at Petronas, Enerplus, Lightstream, Ridgeback, Seven Generations Energy, and ARC Resources. Outside of work, he’s a passionate basketball coach, former professional player, and certified national referee.

Tracy Kisell
Parallax Energy
Tracy has fulfilled safety manager roles and responsibilities for the past 14 years. Prior to becoming a safety manager, he held roles and responsibilities of a superintendent, foreman, and operator in Oil & Gas Production operations. He has extensive experience around drilling rigs, service rigs, frac operation, and construction projects. He has used the EZ Ops program for almost 8 years. He is one of Parallax’s primary program administrators, overseeing personnel who have access. He monitors the entry of incident, hazard ID’s and near misses. He conducts and coordinates event investigations then assigns corrective actions. The program has allowed him to design and generate multiple forms which have been used extensively for inspections and preventative measures. Over this time, he has collaborated with EZOps representatives in trouble shooting and enhancing current portions of the program.

Miranda Verney
Shell Canada Limited
Miranda Verney brings two decades of extensive experience in light tight oil, unconventional gas, heavy oil, and conventional plays, serving as a production and development engineer. Currently, she holds the position of Digital and Transformation Manager for Canada Integrated Gas at Shell Canada. Miranda is passionate about data, viewing it as a powerful enabler for driving efficiencies and streamlining workflows. She believes that leveraging data allows for greater collaboration and creative problem-solving in addressing our energy challenges.

Justin Koonce
Devon Energy
Justin Koonce has 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including the last 12 years at Devon Energy and previous five years with Chesapeake Energy and Access Midstream Partners. Specializing in technology-driven business solutions, Justin has served in business analyst and project manager roles, supporting production operations, marketing, midstream, and supply chain functions throughout his energy career. In his current position as Senior Staff Business Analyst at Devon, Justin leads initiatives focused on work management solutions and optimization within production engineering and field operations. He enjoys working collaboratively with subject matter experts, developers, leadership, and other key stakeholders across the organization to achieve business objectives. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and three children.
